SHIPPING

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

  • Orders of $150 or more will receive free delivery
  • For all orders under $150 a flat rate of $10 delivery fee will be charged for orders within Australia.
  • All orders within Australia are delivered via Australia Post Parcel Post and typically arrive in 2-4 business days.
    Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
  • Orders are sent during business hours between Monday and Friday.
  • Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed before 2pm will be processed and sent that day.
  • Orders placed after 2pm will be processed and sent the next business day.
    Please note that your order will only be delivered once payment and delivery details have been approved.
  • Delivery does NOT include insurance.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • A flat rate fee of $20 delivery will be charged for all International orders 
  • All International orders are delivered via Australia Post International Standard Mail and arrive in 7-14 days.
    Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. 
  • When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details.
    We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time. 
  • Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. 
  • Delivery does NOT include insurance. 
  • Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility. 

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value
of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying
an order as a “gift” for export purposes.

TRACKING

  • When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details.
    We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time. 
  • Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. 
  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please email contact@kelseycollective.com.au within 7 days of receipt and provide your order number. We will take care of you. 
  • Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST)

 


 

RETURNS

If for any reason an item just isn’t quite right, we happily accept returns for a full refund or exchange. To request a return, please email contact@kelseycollective.com.au with your order number, and we will get back to you shortly. Please ensure returned garments are unworn and in good condition, or additional charges may apply. If you would like to simply exchange an item for a different size or colour please email contact@kelseycollective.com.au with your order number, and we will get back to you shortly.
